• The academy is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. Fees and Payments

• All fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated by the academy.
• Payments made are non-transferable.
• Refunds and cancellations (if applicable) shall be governed by the academy's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• The academy is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

5. Use of Platform

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise system security

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, 471001.
